Any special requirement for smog check in CA?

I will move to CA in Feb and plan to drive my car there. I saw on Edmunds that when buying a new car, there is an option for "CA Emission". Do I have to install something special on my car to pass the smog check in CA? Thanks.

BTW, I am in Wisconsin now, and my car has no problem with the emission test in Wisconsin.
