生平第一輛車，請問這個價格買的新2009 Camry LE是否合理？

總價： 21086。18

可恨的是剛來美國不久，無信用記錄，車行居然要我的貸款利息19% per year。還吊兮兮的樣子，也不介釋介釋以上每項收費是為什麽，隻說這是規定，搞得我心中很是不爽！
