Price on Toyata Highlander, 急問

I have not bought a new car for a while, do not really know the markwet.

I would like to buy a Highlander soon, 2008, V6, 4X4, moonroof plus standard packadge.

ThMSRP is $32000, dealer offers me $29200, how much should I counteroffer?
