Suzuki is a low end brand, I guess their cars don't have ESP (prove me I am wrong), that's what happened.
The issue isn't all about speed
Some Japanese cars don't have as many safety features as euro cars do, some being so critical. Lacking those means that the chances in danger is much greater. One example is ESP - without it, when in higher speed motion, particularly those higher gravity vehicles like SUVs, the wheel raised in air then touching ground could be so deadly, that's where out of control takes place.
