You should pay her by yourself for $255, and not use your insurance. It will be much better for you in the future to get better insurance rate. Otherwise, your insurance rate will be increased in the next few years.

Ask her to give you a receipt to indicate that she receives $255 to cover the damage. Or you may get a copy of the estimate from the bodyship, and ask her to sign her name there.
