97 VW passat driver window卡住了，上不來了。

今天下雪，還以為是凍上了，後來雪全化了也還是上不來。一按鈕裏麵嘎啦嘎啦地響。moter應該沒問題，會不會是裏麵有東西進去卡住了？要修的話不知道要多少錢。我們這兒charge $90/hr.我還想問大家車行怎麽控製修理時間，這種按時間算錢的要是他們托托拉拉或成心時間上做手腳怎麽辦啊？
