tpg 問題請教

我的 tpg can not 上網了。
早上還是好好的，今天出去玩了一天， 回路由器就隻有
三個燈亮。 一般四個燈亮。

重起了一下 路由器。 還是不行。
我就以為是tpg 的問題， 給他門大了電話
人家說是我連接的問題。

我打開 contral panel ， 發現 my pc can connect my username but my username can not connet internet.
但是 in internet staus 有接受 也有發送， 還很快的。
但是就是沒有網絡。


我重新裝路由器， 裝到最後一步，
出了一行字， 說 entered wrong user informations. pls change it
所以 重新裝 也失敗了。
現 在還是上不去網。

有誰有經驗 知道是什麽問題嗎

是不是路由器壞了， 還是房客給我改了什麽東西？
