大部分菜味道相當不錯,賣相甚佳,東西方結合的服務的確質量上乘,整體而言對得起這份價格;但感覺算不上真正的日本菜,隻能說是日本菜西化的成功版本,飯畢主廚Tetsuya Wakuda和每桌客人交談數句,言談舉止已日西合璧,正如他的日本菜。
