前兩天壇子裏有人問餐館的建議,提到Tetsuya太貴不值,一直沒去過,聽這麽一說倒有了興趣,今晚去嚐試一番
一共11道菜,6點到的,9點半完事出來
照片質量不好,iphone4湊合著拍,童鞋們湊合著看吧

warm chestnut soup

pacific oysters with rice vinegar& ginger

sashimi of kingfish with blackbean& orange

new zealand scampi tails with curd& scampi jus

confit petuna ocean trout with konbu, celery& apple

累死,發圖片太麻煩,把菜名寫完了帳
fillet of barramundi with grilled artichoke& garlic puree

braised ox tail with sea cucumber& yuzu

slow roasted breast of duck with leek& sansho

grass-fed tasmanian angus beef with swiss browns& porcini

pear sorbet and bread& butter pudding

nyoho strawberries with candied pistachio& enriched cream

salted sable with lemon scented leatherwood honey

coffee& macarons

大部分菜味道相當不錯,賣相甚佳,東西方結合的服務的確質量上乘,整體而言對得起這份價格;但感覺算不上真正的日本菜,隻能說是日本菜西化的成功版本,飯畢主廚Tetsuya Wakuda和每桌客人交談數句,言談舉止已日西合璧,正如他的日本菜。
作為體驗西式日本菜,口味和服務值得推薦;倘若想體驗真正的日餐,建議一個極佳去處,sushi e,價位稍低,體驗非凡,友情提示,就餐時和麵對你的大廚多聊天,將有免費的意外驚喜連連
