垮的應該是房價，而不是租金

隻要供求關係不變，租金就不會變，反正不用賣房變現，房價垮了沒有關係。再說，當時買這個房的時候才17萬。

我看何時垮到低過17萬，那時，應該貸更多的錢，買更多的房……
