以前在法國吃過幾次。在美國飯店不經常見到這道菜。就想嚐嚐。

做的一般，檸檬汁放多了。有點酸。不過看在牛肉不錯的份上吃完了。

三文魚做法特殊。魚肉切碎在做成魚餅。還行。

最驚豔的是餐後的卡普奇諾。一個字，香！
