此書一出，引起廣泛爭議，據說很多看過該書的人都腫脹了。馮唐在微薄裏也回應爭議說："活好不害怕，冷對千夫指。"
感覺馮唐自打不幹婦科大夫以後，荷爾蒙就開始嚴重失調，俺聽說過文學裏的所謂“去魅”，但還沒聽說過“去魅”之後非得加進去個JB的，此書該改名為《小鳥亂飛集》哈。
