根本不像報紙上鼓吹的那麽熱鬧。

市中心。的樓。多到像糞坑裏的QU。。。。。。。還有新的樓花在排隊入場。。。。。。。

今年這半年。忽然發高燒。燒的程度自己參考網上那些。。。

可是。

你如果想賣掉手裏的剛拿到的新鮮出爐的現樓。。。。。。。

我有幾個朋友。手上都有。都掛牌２個月。沒有一個OFFER。

這就是真實的多倫多。

一個樓花掙10萬。。。。。。有可能吧。都這麽說。

不過，等你賣的時候。。。。。。。。。咋就不是一回事了呢？西西西。。。。。


隻能HOLD著出租。。。。。。隻能繼續工作HOLD著。。。。。

我理解。。。。

大白天活在支付5萬首期買CONDO然後一套賺１０萬的夢裏。。。。。。。。。

有個會計。買了個豪宅級別頂樓CONDO樓花。砸自己手裏了。。。。。

唯有努力工作。。。。。。HOLD著。。。。。。。

真的不是我。

房地產市場，不是不能進入。現在。

重點是你買來做什麽用途。有什麽想法。


如果就是買了退休以後養老。那麽隨便挑嘛。如果想著要發財。。。。。。。嗯。。。。。。我不懂發財的事情。。。。。。


現在想想那個被踢出局的２房２廁的樓花，我的，是多麽幸運。。。。。西西西。。。。。謝謝老天爺。。
