如果有個大財主，不上班，銀行裏有１千萬存款，按２％利息算，年收入是２０萬。但２０萬是capital gain，隻收一半稅，對不。如果他出租房子，收入２０萬，也隻交一半稅，對不？如果是這樣，真TMD太不公平了。俺們窮人，一年到頭，累S累活地幹，還要交全額的稅。
