我不敢說蛋白粉在這裏有多大功勞啊,但我是磕完了1桶半粉的,飲食上我一點兒都不節製,晚飯碳水也吃的。所以我體重回漲,一方麵是肌肉增加了,另一方麵我覺得豬肉其實也增加了呢 :))
