不太明白貝的case.

我覺得法院可以把不交房租的租戶趕走的同時也不必把欠租清零。會判一個debt judgment. 對租戶欠你多少下一個結論。 比較麻煩的是怎麽樣collect. 基本收不回來了除非租戶有正式工作。 有個法院判決會讓他們以後再騙難一些。
