then, eat less 6 days of a week. in order not to lead the body system believe we are in a famine, eat normal or overeat for one day. say, eat 500 calories less than normal for 6 days, then eat 1000 calories more on sunday or saturday, just to avoid muscle cells being consumed. in total, 1500 less calories per week achieved.
