現在120鎊,看著還很瘦,穿衣服還變小了點。都因為變tone了。健身房教練說 我這八磅都是肌肉。我每天一小時,有時沒空就不去健身房。周末就在家多走動。 我鍛煉不為減肥,因為我生活中看著已很瘦了,純屬為了健康。另外鍛煉也可以上隱的。我從小不愛鍛煉,沒想人到中年也上隱了。太好了。
1.Set priorities. I used to say I didn't have time to work out. Once IT IS my top priority, I found time to adjust.
2。 Persistence! Hang in there for the first month. You will love it.
3. Try out different workouts and find one(s) you like. For example, I never like running no matter what.
3. Buy some comfortable and fashionable workout clothes and shoes. They make you feel good about yourself.
4. 我沒有減食物。有時吃得還很多。
