幾個中文年度流行語的英文式表達

據悉，我們這兒今天瞬間產生了數個年度流行語，引得外電迅速紛紛報道，俺們可以順便學習一下這幾個英語流行語的英文式表達。

 

先說這個“據悉”。英國《衛報》的譯法是“According to information”，近乎直譯；路透社使用了“It is understood”，很紳士；而合眾社則用了一個副詞“reportely”，也算貼切。

 

“長期超負荷工作，精神高度緊張，身體嚴重不適”這句話，被路透社譯為“...who has suffered overwork and immense mental stress for a long time, is seriously indisposed physically”，其他媒體大同小異，且按下不表。

 

最精彩的是那句神來的“休假式的治療”之筆，老外聽了也覺得有創意，一層意思，各自表述：

 

——路透社：vacation-style treatment

 

——BBC：holiday-style medical treatment

 

——Bloomberg：vacation style treatment

 

——合眾社：vacation-style therapy

 

——英國《衛報》：vacation-style treatment

 

......

 

還是日本媒體省事，幾乎不需要翻譯：“休暇式治療”的說。
