今天 Bernanke 在國會表示經濟複蘇將聽天由命。小本表示他的把戲已玩完，下邊該國會了。可國會在明年大選前不大可能會合作。所以，大家一定要捂緊自己的錢袋啊。

After listing recent policy actions by the Fed, Bernanke essentially says that the Fed has done about as much as can be done through monetary policy. He strongly implies that it is now Congress' turn to enact policies to strengthen the recovery.
