If one of your videos was approved for Individual Video Partner Program, you will be able to track your earnings immediately under the “AdSense For Content Host” section of your AdSense account

If you were accepted in the YouTube Partner Program you will also see earnings coming form ads served by YouTube. This data will show in the “YouTube” section of the Reports page of your AdSense account and will start displaying 60 - 90 days after being accepted into the Partner Program.
