I have a few questions on teeth maintenance.

Could anyone share with me your experience keeping good teeth? Thanks in advance,
1. My dentist says that I grind my teeth at night. She plans on making custom-made night guard for me, which is really expensive. A store-bought night guard is much, much cheaper. So does anyone have experience on this? Do I need custom-made night guard?

2. Do you find that the electric toothbrush is better for you? And what kind of electric toothbrush would you recommend?

3. How much does the dentist charge you for the crown?
4. Has anyone seen a gum doctor? What is your experience?
