雷尼爾山（Mount Rainier）是一個積極的層火山（stratovolcano），有26個主要冰川和35平方英裏永久性雪原和冰川雪原。雷尼爾山是美國四十八個州中冰川最多的峰，也是西雅圖必看的一景。
