《新月》海報
《暮光之城》係列的第二部《新月》近日發布劇照及拍攝花絮。這部中狼人雅各布將變為故事的中心人物，他會令貝拉卷入吸血鬼的敵人--狼人的世界。第一部《暮色》將於8月登陸中國內地銀幕，第二部定於2009年11月20日美國上映。
在《新月》中將出現狼人的新角色，五位飾演狼人的演員分別是：查克·斯潘塞(Chaske Spencer)、布朗森·佩樂緹(Bronson Pelletier)、亞曆克斯·莫拉茲(Alex Meraz)、凱歐瓦·高登(Kiowa Gordon)和泰森·豪斯曼(Tyson Houseman)。
這五位影壇新人都具有印第安血統，他們將與第一集《暮色》中同樣有印第安血統的演員泰勒·洛特納所飾演的雅各布·布萊克組成狼人團隊。觀眾到時候不但可以在《新月》中看到雅各布變身成為狼人，更能看到狼人與吸血鬼對抗的場麵。
《暮光之城》改編自同名小說，第一部《暮色》在去年秋冬檔上映之後，就獲得了不錯的票房業績。這部投資僅為3500萬美元的吸血鬼青春片，在本土撈回了接近兩億美元的超高票房，一舉捧紅了該片的女主角克麗斯汀·斯圖爾特和男主角羅伯特·帕丁森。《暮色》將於2009年8月登陸中國內地銀幕。
原著斯蒂芬妮·梅耶的《暮光之城》係列共有4部，是當今歐美最熱銷的係列小說之一，分為《暮色》(Twilight)、《新月》(New Moon)、《月食》(Eclipse)、《破曉》(Breaking Dawn)。除前兩部已被改編成電影外，《月食》已經聘請第一部的編劇進行改編，而這四部圖書的中文簡體版也已經全部引進出版。
