當地時間2009年6月9日，前世界重量級拳王邁克·泰森與現任女友斯派舍在賭城拉斯維加斯注冊結婚，二人此前已在當地的希爾頓飯店“美麗人生”禮堂舉辦過婚禮。。
這已是昔日拳王的第三次婚姻，他與前兩任妻子妻子的婚姻最長不過維係了五年。而就在兩周前，泰森4歲的小女兒艾瑟德絲在跑步機上玩耍時因意外而被勒死。
