Listening is very important! We all know that. But sometime we are not paying attention to it. 有時候給我媽說話， 她不聽你說完， 便迫不急待的發表自己的見聞想法， 的確讓人抓狂。 或者你和她說話，她沒有回應。 

寫下自勉，listen to my kids, husband and family. Be there! Not just physically being there. Be there mindfully.
