日本欲仁皇帝，也叫昭和天皇。二戰中盡管軍方壟權，但也能說上話，二戰將結束時軍方勢力已失，欲仁拍板投降。

美國大眾電視台的“美國經曆”組製作了“太平洋決勝”（Victory in the Pacific）一部長篇紀錄片，較為詳細地介紹了當時的太平洋戰場，當然主要是美日交戰。
