也不知這是什麽瓜和菜,是農夫教我煲的,用瘦肉煲湯底,然後拿起肉,放菜和瓜下湯,煲15分鐘,下鹽調味,廣東人叫這做滾湯.

材料: 豬肉絲,金針菇,韭菜花,紅黃甜椒.

豬肉絲用鹽,生抽,糖,豆粉,油醃過,在熱鑊下油,下肉絲,炒到九成熟,把其它材料放進,再炒幾分鐘,調味上菜.

以前在美國是吃不到水通菜的,但近幾年都有得吃了,而且一年比一年平,一磅才99先.我是用油下熱鑊,再放蒜頭腐乳炒香,再下通菜和辣椒炒幾分鐘,就可以吃了,我什麽也沒加因腐乳已經夠鹹.如不夠味可以加些生抽調味.

茄子湯
沒有人知道這是什麽茄子,那個農夫教我用來煲湯,我用瘦肉湯做湯底,加些香茅和鹽,煲出來的湯味道好苦,之後就甘,因為苦味太重,我隻試下味喝幾口,就不喝了.

港式早餐 牛骨湯
本來買牛骨是給Oscar吃的,用來煲湯,點知試下那些湯,很清甜,我把牛骨的肉拿了來做湯,骨就經狗狗咬吧,這個湯以前在香洗早餐吃過,很清的,我加了薯仔,蕃茄,紅蘿蔔,椰菜.用小火再煮一小時.再加個北海道包,這就是老公的早餐了.加多杯奶茶或咖啡.

夏天我每個星期六都去農貿市埸,去買很多鮮菜回家,這時候就會頭痛,因雪櫃都是上星期買的菜還未吃完,這樣就要扔掉舊的了.

這個星期又買了用草飼料的牛扒,覺得價錢也不貴,16.99一磅,在超市買要23.99一磅,用草飼料的牛扒有牛肉味,吃起上來的texture也好似以前的牛肉,我隻用蒜頭鹽(garlic salt)醃些牛扒,醃15分鐘,然後每麵煎五分鐘.就很好吃的了.

這些都是現成的.隻有飯是自己煮的.
老婆: 今晚的晚餐靚嗎?
老公: 靚..but the cut of fish is not professional (笑著來講)
老婆: ok..what ever you said it's recorded. (不笑)
老公: what about it?
老婆: I will tell all my friends in 文學城 what you had just said.
老公: Oh!!! then he zip his mouth..哈哈~~~~
