原料:中粉300克
牛奶200克
YEAST 3克
糖 2茶匙



做法:1.牛奶加糖加熱到溫溫熱即可
2.加入YEAST,攪勻後蓋保鮮膜放置幾分鍾到表麵浮出一層泡沫
3.將2倒入麵粉中,攪到沒有幹粉為止
4.放在台麵上揉15分鍾到表麵十分光滑,這一步十分重要。是成品不塌的關鍵。
5.揉好後擀開成薄的長方形,表麵抹油,鹽,撒上蔥花,卷成長條卷。
6.切成段
7.卷成花卷,花卷的卷法請看淡淡的思戀提供的視頻,真的很棒。
8.卷好後醒20-40分鍾,具體時間難說,要依各家室溫而定,我是放在烤箱中開
燈醒了30分鍾,夏天可減少時間。
9.醒好後,上鍋蒸,冷水上鍋,中大火蒸,從水開後,鍋邊冒汽開始算起,8分
鍾後關火,關火後馬上開蓋即可。(蒸的時間不能太久,這是保持蔥綠的關
鍵,蒸好後也不能燜太久,否則顏色也會不好看,怕開蓋後會塌的,可稍等兩
分鍾後再開蓋,但不能蓋太久)

壽司飯

昨天看到梨花的壽司飯就流口水了,馬上去Mitsuwa買材料!!!

2.春色浪漫
米...3合,昆布((10cm角))...1枚
甜醋...5大勺,白桂魚((120~150g))...2塊
[調味料]
日本酒...2大勺
砂糖...2大勺
塩...少々
食紅...少々
油...1小勺

幹蘑菇...4枚
幹蘑菇用溫水泡發...150~200m,加入醬油和魚粉汁和少許糖煮10分左右,收汁,切絲備用。

雞蛋 3個
雞蛋加砂糖...2小勺,鹽少々
鍋裏加油...少々把雞蛋攤成薄片,切絲備用

生魚片(200g)...4人分

菜花...1/3合
菜花用熱水抄過加塩...少々

切碎的海帶...少々
鮭魚籽...5大勺
甘酢,生薑片(日本商場買的淹製好的甜酸味的)...適量的

做飯用的米裏加入昆布,作好米飯用調好的醋汁趁熱攪拌均勻
加入上述材料即可。

材料:牛油果, 蝦, 萍果
汁料: 李逵浝苯豐u, 糖,小小白醋, 生粉水, 胡椒粉 (煮至糖溶)
把蝦煮熟,去殼,牛油果,萍果切塊,擺在碟上,淋上汁料即成.

牛油果吞那魚,這個菜好易做,最重要是買到靚魚生,用個四方的模子,把切好的牛油果吞那魚放在上麵,汁是用Ponzu和小小白糖好的.

有一天去印度店子買lipton散裝茶葉,看到有這個炸包賣,(以前在農貿市場見過,沒有買),今次就買一個來試,比錢的到候,那個男孩子說送給我! I was kind of surprised, because I was only spent 5 dallors in store. Very nice of him.:)

Ok… chai 茶,以前做過了,是用水, 薑, 豆蔻子 牛奶 糖和lipton散裝茶葉煮成的.
