Grace優雅-Salt鹽-Beatiful美麗 !

早上起來給女兒回信，她告訴我去了附近的城市看 中國新年遊行

我說我近來的收獲心得和《5'talk》有點進步了，以前《5'talk》都是東搖西晃的，音音也亂晃，

送了老二去tutor, 再去教堂《開會學習》，真沒想到今天早上service 講到聖 保羅（St Paul) 說的一段話，

Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.

哇， 怎麽這麽巧， 這正是我渴望的， 難道上帝聽到了我的心聲和祈禱，

優雅是什麽？ 是海闊天空的胸懷，給自我和同類異類（人和物）的尊重和理解， 是內心的充實，平和的自信，內心(mind/soul)的優雅，眼神是無法遮掩的， 是衣物/姿勢無法替代和達到的境界，像當年的保羅他們，為信念敢於犧牲吃苦， 他們的內心是何等愉悅，優雅， 宏大啊

鹽又怎麽說？argument? 沒鹽沒味道， 太多又失去味道，攻擊性太強

唉，保羅為什麽沒提俺們喜歡的辣椒和黑巧克力呢？ 俺自己加！


Service 完後，又聽到這首歌， 真美， 教堂的年輕搖滾們在唱， 大家都忙著穿衣咖啡， 我不急， 我要聽完這首歌，走上前坐第一排聽，他們唱完就我一人鼓掌， 我上前問他們歌名，

看來人還是要經常開會， 特別是給soul.靈魂， 不要以為看不見它們就可以不管了
