Jair Rodrigues M. Oliveira (Jairzinho Oliveira) 1975年3月17日出生在巴西聖保羅， 其父親Jair Rodrigues是巴西桑巴音樂的傳奇人物，他家中姊妹Luciana Mello也是巴西著名的歌手 80年代Jair Oliveira在一個巴西電視兒童音樂節目就已經是明星人物， 九十年代Jair Oliveira去美國，就讀於波士頓 Berklee音樂學院， 在那他學習音樂製作和音樂管理。
