Gloria in Excelsis Deo 榮耀屬於天父- Vivaldi韋瓦第

第一次聽這首曲子是在十年前，1997年 第12屆世界（天主教）青年日（XIIeme Journees Mondiales De La Jeunesse Paris 1997 ）在巴黎召開， 各國都派代表團參加，中國沒參加。其中一天是在巴黎西郊Bois de Boulogne 森林公園舉行， 離我家步行約30分鍾。當時小女兒剛滿一歲，我決定戴著大女兒前往聚會，因為我深知這種機會在一個人一生中是不多的，我也很想讓大女兒長大後能記住這次經曆。
 會場人山人海，但是非常有組織，每個國家的代表團都舉著旗幟，在指定的地方坐著。我們母女倆很無助，主動靠近新加坡代表團，他們很熱情，虔誠，知道我們住在附近，也顯得很好奇， 牧師主動過來和我攀談，還有一家子，一對夫婦帶著一對兒女，小女兒很乖巧，還吹笛子給我們聽。

法國人是最擅長組織這樣的大型， 既古典又創意，總讓你徘回往返於古今之間。聚會會場上之後放了很多由Vivaldi， Bach， Hendel， Mozart， Liszt ，Verdi 等作曲家譜的 古典頌歌， 還有意大利歌唱家Cecilia Bartoli，Andrea Bocelli 出場演唱， 據說教皇特別喜歡Andrea Bocelli 唱歌，後者也因之，特別是這次世界聚會而蜚聲四海。不一會兒，保羅二世乘他特有的防彈車在幾個保鏢的簇擁下出場了，全場很激動，大家都想親眼看一下教皇， 我設法讓大女兒安全地站在一高處，旁邊的意大利代表也幫忙，我們母女倆都看到教皇Jean Paul II的車從我們身邊不遠緩緩駛過，整個全場歡呼雀躍， 教皇做了很多禱告，然後有什麽不太記得了，印象深的就是這些音樂和頌歌，幾天後馬上去FNAC買一CD 《A Hymn For The World》， 這樣每當聽到這些音樂，又讓我回到十年前的那次盛會。
