香料橄欖油烤三文魚

周末晚餐 – 香料橄欖油烤三文魚

院裏的各種香草長得很茂盛, 採來做了香料橄欖油, Herb infused olive oil,

兩杯初榨橄欖油加熱到100F, 放入以下香料浸泡, 冷卻後用它來做晚上的菜.

看圖的順序: 取葉切碎

Marjoram
Sage,
Rosemary, 迷迭香,
Oregano,
Thyme, 百裏香

鹽, 蒜粉(granulated garlic), 洋蔥粉(onion powder), 胡椒粉, 小茴香籽(fennel seeds), 幹辣椒削(red hot pepper flakes),

三文魚擦幹水份, 灑點海鹽和現磨胡椒粉, 抹上香料油, 再灑點檸檬皮削, 進500F烤箱, 烤10分鍾. 吃時擠點檸檬汁.

小紅皮土豆, 用冷水加點鹽煮熟, 切開, 也抹上香料油, 跟三文魚一起烤.


麵包餅:

用我的sourdough starter 做的發麵, 杆平後, 用手指按出酒窩, 抹上香料油, 進500F烤箱, 烤10分鍾, 表麵金黃就好了.

蘆筍, 灑點海鹽和現磨胡椒粉, 抹上香料油, 在烤箱預熱時就放烤箱最底層, 烤完後灑點帕馬鬆其司粉,

甜點:

梨去皮切半, 放在鍋裏, 加了水, 蜂蜜, 桂皮, 檸檬汁和皮, 和橙味酒, 中火煮20分種, 熄火浸泡至涼, 跟冰棋淋和打發的奶油一起食用.
