豆酥雪魚,蘆筍炒鮮香菇,日式咖哩排骨,欖角蒸鱸魚,XO醬炒芥菜,八寶粥

上三個簡單的晚餐 -


豆酥雪魚—

這也是常做的菜, 還是寫寫做法吧,

雪魚用鹽, 酒, 醃大概10分鍾, 放在墊了蔥段盤裏,上麵放薑片, 進滾水蒸鍋,中火(火不要太大,火太大魚肉會失水太快,發裂)蒸10分鍾. 取出魚放幹淨盤(是為了棄去水和用過的蔥薑),

另用鍋加油炒香, 蒜末, 薑末, 蔥花, 加豆酥醬, 一點糖, 一勺辣醬, 炒炒, 到在魚上.

這個豆酥醬很好吃, 直接用來拌麵,飯吃都好, 一直想自己來學做它, LG說省點力氣吧, 就乖乖地聽話啦.

蘆筍炒鮮香菇 -

炒鍋燒熱下油, 炒香蒜末,薑末, 加鮮香菇炒幾下, 加蘆筍炒, 加點鹽, 糖, 味精, 就好了.

日式咖哩排骨-

大排, 拍拍, 灑點鹽和胡椒, 粘上麵粉, 用油兩麵煎金黃,倒入酒, 雞湯, 燜燒到筷子能輕便插入, 加洋蔥,胡蘿卜, 紅椒, 萍果, 再燜到 菜軟了, 就加入咖哩塊, 一點椰奶, 拌勻就好了.

Costco 有很新鮮的伺養的striped bass, 弄得很幹淨, 鱗也刮了, 用欖角來蒸它, 很棒,

XO醬炒芥菜-

油炒香蒜, 加XO醬炒香, 加芥菜, 一點糖, 鹽, 水, 燜一下就好了.

八寶粥-

蓮子, 黑棗, 紅棗, 龍眼幹, 薏米, 去皮緣豆, 紅豆, 黑豆, 黃豆, 白豆, 糯米, 核桃, 白圓米和長米,綠糯小米, 苟芪, 雜豆

上次答應要做八寶粥, 當早餐吃了一個星期了, 還要做, 好吃又健康.
