冬瓜燒肉,辣椒豆鼓炒肉絲,泡椒豆鼓炒魷魚,紅豆冰激淋,烤五花肉,綠豆羹

周末折騰的吃的

冬瓜燒肉-

冬瓜去皮, 切大方塊, 在皮麵畫小格, 用油煎金黃, 加燒肉, 鹵牛筋, 金蘭香菇素耗油, 雞湯, 蒜片, 苟芑, 蓋蓋燜熟, 勾薄欠, 裝盤, 灑香菜.

冬瓜比肉還好吃呢.

辣椒豆鼓炒肉絲-

肉絲用酒, 醬油, 胡椒, 澱粉, 馬味, 進炒鍋炒斷生, 取出備用,

鍋裏熱油炒香泡椒, 蒜末, 薑末, 豆鼓, 下青椒片炒軟, 加肉絲, 一點糖, 醬油, 醋, 炒勻,

泡椒豆鼓炒魷魚-

魷魚用米酒, 澱粉抓過, 進開水川過, 取出備用,

鍋裏熱油炒香泡椒, 蒜末, 薑絲, 豆鼓, 下魷魚, 一點糖, 醬油, 醋, 大火快速炒幹.

蒜炒油菜-

熱鍋爆香蒜, 下油菜炒軟, 加鹽, 糖, 味精, 胡椒粉.

紅豆冰激淋-

看大媽豬的紅豆棒冰讒 的, 也來個土法上馬的冰食.

一罐練乳, 兩杯牛奶, 一罐紅豆 拌勻後倒入冰激淋容器, 攪拌25分鍾, 倒入馬芬盤,進凍箱, 2小時後, 就可享用了.


補:

2杯牛奶,
1罐14 OZ 煉乳,(sweetened condensed milk)
1罐16 OZ 現成的紅豆沙, (可以自己做, 我懶, 買了韓國店的,有顆粒的), www.6park.com

把它們攪拌勻, 放在做冰激淋機(ice cream maker), 我是用的KitchenAid 牌子的,這個容器要事先在凍箱裏冷凍10小時,把東西倒入後要攪拌25-30分中, 使空氣打進去, 才會吃起來棉軟,沒打過的就成了冰棍了, 味道也很好, 就是硬點. www.6park.com

沒有ice cream maker的話, 還有就放在一般的容器裏, 進凍箱
略凍後用勺子翻動它, 再凍, 再翻, 再凍,也可已使它增加體積,口感軟棉.

早餐-

Eggs, bacon, hush brown, smoothie (watermelon, mango, banana, and yogurt)

周六又去了個爬梯, 做了兩個吃的帶去, 很受歡迎:

烤五花肉 - 邊上是自己做的四川泡菜,

兩塊五花肉, 一塊去掉皮, 一塊留皮, 用刀畫上方格, 用醬(李錦記叉燒醬,加了Yoshida Gourmet sauce,和蒜,薑,蔥,酒) 醃過夜, 進350F烤箱, 皮朝下, 烤一小時, 把汁倒掉, 皮朝上, 刷蜂蜜, 再烤10分鍾,

帶皮的非常成功, 當時有點擔心皮會硬, 就先把皮朝下烤軟, 後才翻上來烤.

綠豆羹-

1杯去皮綠豆, 4杯水, 燒開, 小火燜20分鍾, 加2/3杯糖, 拌勻, 加入 (2TB 膠粉用1/2杯冷水泡化), 攪勻, 熄火, 用blender打細稠, 倒入盤裏, 冷卻後進冰箱, 淋上煉乳, 點綴一下.

我是這樣帶過去的: 用Press’n Seal paper 包住盤子.

籃子裏, 兩盤中間放個菜板, 不會壓到.
