烤牛小排晚餐- Roast beef short ribs dinner

牛小排用買的烤醬醃一天一夜, 肉麵朝上放烤盤裏的烤架上, 鬆蓋錫紙, 進350F烤箱烤45分鍾, 拿掉錫紙刷一遍醃肉的烤醬, 再烤10分鍾, 就好了.

裏麵的肉是帶一點粉紅的, 但很入味, 一般這樣的牛小短排骨是用慢火烤或燉來吃的, 我把它當大牛排骨來烤, 結果是相當成功,油也逼出來了,肉又很嫩,很有味道, 試試吧.

兒子聞到香味就等不及喊餓, 沒拍到切開肉的照片, 就開飯啦.

配了個女兒愛吃的氣司烤麵, 和用蒜和bacon炒的包菜和鮑菇, 晚飯搞定啦.

我家兒子愛吃肉, 女兒愛吃麵食, 都要逼著吃蔬菜.

氣司烤麵- Baked cheese pasta

用6TB黃油炒香蒜泥, 一小勺幹黃芥末粉, ½ 小勺cayenne pepper辣椒粉, 6TB麵粉, 炒熟, 加2杯牛奶, 2杯雞湯, 燒開, 拌入1 LB 氣司絲(Costco’s Mexican Three Cheeses), 拌勻, 加鹽胡椒調味, 拌入到煮到7成熟的意麵, 再倒入摸了油的烤盤裏, 蓋上用2TB黃油炒香的2杯麵包屑(Panko breadcrumbs), 進375F烤箱烤25-30分鍾, 取出後在架子上歇10分種.

又做了個簡單的烤蘋果塔-

買的派皮先空烤脆(blind bake), 冷後倒入用微薄爐打熟的萍果丁(裏麵放了檸檬汁,糖,黃油),
上麵再鋪上萍果片, 撒糖和刷黃油, 進375F烤箱烤45-50分鍾, 表麵再刷上稀釋的杏子果醬,好方便的甜點.
