LG的毛豆麵拖蟹 —中秋晚飯


中秋吃蟹, LG終於要亮一手啦, 不管它太陽是從哪兒出, 有月亮, 有麵拖蟹, 就行啦.

再炸腿腳, 腿腳沒上粉, 取出,

鍋留少量油, 下薑絲炒香, 倒入蟹, 噴酒, 翻炒, 加少量水, 生抽 (他說我的醬油太黑), 糖, 和毛豆, 蓋蓋煮大約5-6分鍾, 加蔥段, 加麵粉和蟹膏的混合物 , 翻炒勻, 就起鍋啦.

注:

其實, 我買的醬油是鮮淡, 要達到一定的鹹度就難免會多放一點, 顏色就深了一點, 這是唯一不理想的地方. 好吃是沒話說的了, 大火炒菜就是香.

涼拌海 蟄-

海 蟄用冷水泡4小時,中間換水4-5次, 進一大鍋開水中燙幾秒鍾取出, 再泡冷水1小時, 瀝幹, 先拌麻油, 再拌醋,糖,醬油, 倒再黃瓜絲上.

油鍋炒香蒜粒, 薑絲, 豆鼓, 下芹菜絲, 辣椒, 炒幾下, 下魷魚, 炒, 淋酒, 加鹽, 白胡椒,炒幾下,起鍋.
