紅椒和葡萄醋醬牛排, 帶子派司多意麵, 和交作業.


紅椒和葡萄醋醬牛排-

買了Costco 的USDA Prime strip steak, 解凍後, (肉放在黑色鐵板上會很快解凍) 用大量的粗粗碾碎的胡椒粘滿, 醃半小時, 再撒粗海鹽, 抹油, 進滾燙的不鏽鋼平底鍋,一麵煎4分鍾, 取出放熱盤裏, 用錫紙蓋住, 醒10分鍾.

用同鍋, 加一點油, 放洋蔥絲和紅甜椒絲炒軟, 加蒜末, 百裏香(thyme), 炒香, 加半杯雞湯, 燒幹一點, 加2大勺葡萄醋, 一點黃油, 加鹽和胡椒, 醬就做好了.

烤土豆片-

土豆刨片,漂過水,

黃油炒洋香蔥, 加蒜, 百裏香, 炒香, 加土豆, 雞湯, 鮮奶油(heavy cream), 桂葉, 燒到8成熟, 倒入烤盤, 加起司, 和起司粉,進325F烤箱烤30分鍾.

帶子派司多意麵

Pesto sauce (怕事多):

Basil leaves, garlic, parmesan cheese, EVOO, pine nuts, salt,

把鬆子炒香,涼後跟全部材料一起打成泥, 就好了, 很剩事,很好吃.

帶子用紙巾徹底吸幹水, 進熱鍋前灑上鹽和胡椒, 鍋一定要熱得冒煙, 用黃油和橄欖油煎, 1-2分種就好了,不要煎久了.

配的蔬菜, Costco買的French bean 一包要吃好幾次, 開水燙過後, 再炒蒜和bacon,

給nycgal2008交作業, 夏天吃這個真方便, 看完貼就衝去買材料啦,

中午我們一懶也常去吃三文治, Panera 就在我家跗近, 沒想到自己也能做好吃的三文治, 麵包還是去它家買了, 很新鮮的麵包, 其它都是Trader Joe’s 買的,

看也象那麽回事,

反正一層又一層的, 就壓住它, LG說法國鍋難怪這麽重, 是派這個用的, 用愛MM的話, 是該偏他一下!
