泰國紅咖哩菠蘿蝦,等.

泰國紅咖哩菠蘿蝦— 愛美的人可用半個菠蘿挖空了做容器, 效果會很好.

材料:

去皮的大蝦 1 LB 用鹽冷水泡半小時, 瀝幹, 這樣蝦會很脆,
泰國紅咖哩醬 2 TB
泰檸檬葉-6片,
椰奶一罐,
椰糖2TB – 忘了拍進去.
魚露- 2 TB
菠蘿半罐 (或用新鮮的,殼正好做容器),

油鍋炒香紅咖哩醬, 放一勺椰奶上麵的膏, 再炒香一下, 加所有的料除了蝦以外, 燒滾, 放蝦, 拌一下就好了.

切兩盤冷菜, 一盤送鄰居的LG下酒, 一盤自己吃,

再上個剛做的意大利節日麵包, 以前上過的, 不多說了, 這次是做成四個小的, 很成功,

還有一個是黑豆渣做的包子, 也加了麩皮, 再次感謝”為愛走天涯”MM 讓我能享受到這麽好吃的麵食, 這次包的餡是, 肉, 包菜, 蔥, 薑, 鹽, 胡椒, 糖, 香油, 很好吃.
