    年僅24歲的遼寧省大窪縣農民工劉明明，在前不久發生的暴風雪中遭遇車禍，造成多處骨折。同行者為救他的性命，12次向人下跪求救，卻屢遭冷遇，最終命喪狂風暴雪之中。
     近日，與劉明明一同在飯店打工的廚藝師傅高波等人，向記者講述了事件的經過。 (博訊 boxun.com)
   
    特大暴風雪中的慘劇
   
    3月4日17時左右，九、十級北風刮著大雪鋪天蓋地。劉明明等7人乘坐五菱微型麵包車行駛到盤錦市大窪縣白家興村加油站門前的305國道上時，因路麵積雪過厚拋錨。車裏的人下來奮力推車，後麵一輛“依維柯”(車號遼BYB520)疾駛而至，把拋錨的麵包車撞出了10多米遠，5個推車人全都被撞倒。
   
    被撞倒的人掙紮著站起來，看到劉明明趴在大雪中無法轉動，雙腿和一隻胳膊多處骨折，但神誌還很清醒。一見這樣，大家顧不得自己身體上的傷，立即去救護劉明明。
   
    求救遭拒
   
    高波：“危難之時，我們無數次地不斷求救於當地的120、110。120或是回答‘雪太大，車出不去’，或是推給110；110 則回答‘已告巡警’就不再接聽，或是又推回給120。”
   
    “情急之下，我們隻好開動已被撞得遍體鱗傷的五菱麵包往前挪。車行沒多遠，到一處丁字路口(二夾村路口)時，眼前一道三四米寬的雪牆把道路封住。大風夾著冰冷的雪粒猛勁地往車裏刮，劉明明呆在車裏凍得不停地打顫。”
   
    “我見路邊有一處小紅房子亮著燈光，奔過去敲門，屋裏一位打更老漢從窗戶玻璃露出了臉。我立即跪在門外連連喊叫：‘救救命啊，開開門，快救救命啊……’打更老漢說：‘我是給別人看門的，不能給你開門。’我們沒辦法就又開車返回到了出事地點的白家興村加油站。加油站業主說話很客氣，但口氣很堅決：別人可以留，傷者不能進屋。”
   
    “一聽這話，我撲通一聲跪到地上，還有五菱和依維柯兩個車的司機孫榮飛、李傑也都跪下再三懇求：行行好，快讓他(指劉明明)進來暖暖身子，雪地裏會凍死的！可是，業主無論如何就是不讓傷者進屋避寒。”
   
    “業主回絕的理由是：‘人要死在屋裏咋辦？夜間是兩個小姑娘值勤，怕她們害怕！要不你們問問她們願不願意？’而正在電暖氣旁取暖的4名年齡20歲左右的女孩子卻一直不回答。為了盡快救命，我們隻好拿上兩把鐵鍬，再次開動起麵包車往前方路上闖。不幸，又在小紅房子邊拋錨了。”
   
    豐田霸道“要去接領導”
   
    孫榮飛：“剛巧，一輛豐田霸道車開過來，車裏坐著兩個身穿警服的人，他們同意我們上了車。為了日後感謝，我和高波記下了這台車的車牌號：遼G51111。”
   
    王大鵬：“此時，被抬到車上的劉明明很清醒，疼痛難忍時還能喊叫。我一邊扶著他，一邊不停地呼喊鼓勵著他：‘劉明明，你一定要堅持住！你老爹、老媽，你媳婦，還都在家裏等著你呢！’”
   
    “但當這台豐田霸道開出1公裏多行至離胡家收費站約200米遠時，司機卻突然停下車說：‘這兒有個診所，你們得下車！我們要去接領導。’”
   
    高波：“我一聽傻了眼，我抱著傷者一條腿跪在車上哀求：‘行行好，救人救到底，小診所肯定救不了他，把我們送到醫院去，哪怕拉到前麵的收費站再下車吧！’司機卻不耐煩地說：‘怎麽不知好歹？我們把你們拉出了這麽遠，還不是好人？快點下車！’他還大聲嗬斥說：‘再不下車，我揍你們！’”
   
    王大鵬：“這時，坐在副駕駛位置上穿警服的人拉開車門，把傷者硬往車下拽。就這樣，劉明明和我們被趕下了本想重謝救命之恩的這台豐田霸道。下車後，隻好讓劉明明躺在了雪地上。”
   
    警車繞道而走 120見死不救
   
    王大鵬：“這時候，雪下得更大了，風刮得更狂了。人站都站不穩。看著躺在雪地裏的劉明明，我們焦急萬分，這天兒好人呆在外頭都得凍死，何況有這麽重的傷！”
   
    高波：“正發愁時，一輛亮著警燈的警車開了過來。我跪在馬路中央，對著警車，用勁不停揮舞著雙手，嘴裏拚命地呼喊：‘救命啊！救命啊！救命啊……’可是警車開到離我兩三米遠的地方，卻猛地一打方向盤，繞著我開走了。”
   
    “警車剛剛開走，一台120出現在馬路上。我們趕忙不顧一切地跑過去攔住車，拉開車門後，雙雙跪在車門前求救。120司機竟然冷冰冰地回答說：‘我車後邊有人。’”
   
    王大鵬說：“當時我急得哭著對120司機說，這不是120嗎？快救救傷者吧，在雪地裏非凍死不可！可120司機卻說，我不是本地的120！說罷，使勁一關車門，把車開走了。”
   
    “此時的劉明明，全身已濕透，喊他時有時還能睜一下眼睛，但已不能應答。”
   
    小診所裏的人把傷者拽出門外
   
    高波：“見找車無望，我們隻好把劉明明送往馬路邊亮著燈的一家小診所(胡家鎮康複診所)。我倆跪在門外雪地上苦苦哀求了好幾分鍾，這家診所裏那個女人才勉強開了門。我們想把傷者抬到病床上能暖和些，那個女的說啥也不同意，就隻得把劉明明放到了小診所的水泥地上。”
   
    “一見這個小診所根本沒有能力救病人，我拔腿就往離這兒200米處的胡家收費站跑，想盡快找車好救人。”
   
    王大鵬：“診所裏那個女的非要讓我去離這個診所100米遠的胡家鎮醫院聯係。臨走，我特意托她幫忙照顧一下劉明明。”
   
    高波：“我到收費站沒找到車，急匆匆再跑回診所一看，劉明明又躺在了診所門外的雪地裏。”
   
    在接受記者采訪時，小診所的這位女士解釋說，她不是醫生，隻是診所工作人員的家屬，“我是找人幫忙把他拽到門外，想送醫院去的”。
   
    高波：“要是想送醫院，得先忙乎傷者，為什麽我回來後看到她正忙著用雪清除地上的血跡呢？診所的門是鋁合金的，雙腿多處骨折的病人怎麽能經得起從如此堅硬的鋁合金門上拽過？”
   
    高波痛苦地回憶說，他從雪地上抱起劉明明，見劉明明褲子裏的血直往外流，此時的劉明明已氣息微弱。
   
    “人間有慈愛，但來得太遲了！”
   
    高波：“這時，我趕緊摟著劉明明一點一點地蹭到了診所旁邊的小賣店門前。此時，我已無法下跪，但見到老板娘時嘴裏仍在哭訴說：‘我給你跪下啦，求你幫忙救救他！’”
   
    “這位老板娘是我們遇到的第一個好人，她馬上借給了一輛‘倒騎驢’，還讓店裏一個男夥計幫著把傷者送到了胡家收費站。從小賣店到胡家收費站平時用不了10分鍾就可走到，但那天走了半個多小時，一到收費站，我就累得暈倒了。”
   
    “我們遇到的最大的一個好人是胡家派出所教導員付紅軍。付紅軍駕駛著派出所的‘小鬆花江’車拉著傷者奮力向當地的一家骨科醫院趕。在雪地上跑出10公裏後，被積雪擋住了。付紅軍馬上跳下車，跪在地上用雙手迅速扒雪，扒出一步，再開車挪動一步，這段隻有半個小時的路程走了3個半小時！那麽天寒地凍，他卻累得滿臉直淌大汗珠子。”
   
    深夜23時左右，劉明明終於被送到了盤山縣的一家骨科醫院門前。醫生護士上車給傷者做檢查時還有血壓，但等抬進醫院大廳，就發現他已停止了呼吸。盤山縣公安局法醫作出的屍檢報告結論是：“死者係交通肇事所致多發骨折死亡。”
   
    高波說：“為救劉明明我們12次下跪。人間還是有慈愛，但來得太遲了！”
