1. it has everything, convenient
2. many many people here, you feel the prosperity
3. many many business here, easy to find a job
4. much much money here -- not mine -- but still, good living here
5. not too hot, not too cold
6. no earthquake, no hurricane
7. by the Appalachian Mountains, by the Atlantic Ocean, a couple of beautiful rivers
8. you don't have to own a car if you choose not to
9. easy to go anywhere from here
10. even if you dont go anywhere, you still feel you have been to everywhere
