加快服務 I-907

USCIS 提供加快服務，對於 I-129 和 I-140 的申請。想查詢目前 USCIS 的處理進度，請去其網站。不同的 Service Center，是不相同的。老師這裏有個書簽，找黑體字的 "Processing Dates"，然後選 CSC/NSC/TSC/VSC 其一。
不是所有的 I-129 或 I-140 都能加快，請查看 USCIS 的最新規定。符合加快申請的同學，可以交納 $1,000 來申請加快處理。費用可由申請人或受益人承擔，要單獨付費。受益人雖然可以付費，但自己不能填表。
USCIS 承諾在收到加快申請的 15 個自然日之內一定批複，如果食言的話，則原銀奉還，且申請仍然快速處理。USCIS 在處理過程中需要 RFE 的話，15 日從收到 RFE 回複起算。
移民局在 6 月 27 日（2007 年）宣布，7 月 2 日起暫停 I-140 的加快服務。在 7 月 24 日又宣布，暫停是無限期的。
6/11/08 移民局有條件地恢複了 I-140 的加快服務，其條件是目前是 H-1b 身份的受益者人其六年 H-1b 將於 60 日內期滿且不滿足 AC21 之 106(a) 延期一年條件，可申請加快。詳見 I-140 文。
雖然 H-4 的 I-539 表格與 H-1b 的 I-129 表格是一起交的，但加快服務是針對 I-129 表的，不能惠澤到 H-4.

Part 1. Information about you.
這裏是填表人的信息。如果是個人，請填 1，公司則是填 2.
Mailing Address 部分是不分個人、公司都要填的。
最後一行是公司填 Federal Employer Identification #，個人填 U.S. Social Security # 或 Individual Tax #.
You (the person submitting this request): 指明填表人的身份
Are the petitioner who is filing or has filed a petition eligible for Premium Processing.
Are the attorney/accredited representative for the petitioner who is filing or has filed a petition eligible for Premium Processing.
Are the applicant who is filing or has filed an application eligible for Premium Processing.
Are the attorney/accredited representative for the applicant who is filing or has filed an application eligible for Premium Processing.
petitioner 和 applicant 的區別是，petitioner 是替別人申請，而 applicant 是給自己申請。petitioner 和 applicant 的下麵是給其律師用的。所以，PERM 的 I-140 的加快選頭兩項之一，而 NIW 的 I-140 的加快是在後兩項中找。
Phone Number, Fax Number, E-Mail Address 照填。
Part 2. Information about request.
1. Form number of related petition/application.
需加快的表格號，I-129 或 I-140.
2. Receipt number of related petition/application.
收據號（是同時申請，填 Concurrent filing）
3. Classification/Eligibility Requested.
象 I-129 的加快，你填 H-1B；對於 I-140，填如 EB-2.
4. Petitioner/Applicant in the relating case.
申請人
5. Beneficiary in the relating case.

Part 3. Original signature.
Part 4. Original signature of attorney or accredited representative.
簽字。
和 I-129 同時遞交的 I-907，隨之寄往對應的處理中心。
和 I-140 同時遞交的 I-907，其對應的地址為
I-907 是在原表已經遞交之後提出的話，請付上原收據 (Receipt Notice 或 Transfer Notice) 之複印件，寄往原表格的處理中心。
如你的 I-140 原先是寄往 NSC, 後來被轉到了 TSC。那麽 I-907 是交到處理中心 TSC 而不是受理中心 NSC.
費用 $1,225 可以任何人來付，即使是由不能簽字的受益人。但是，必須是單獨支付的形式，這樣和原申請同時遞交時需要兩張支票。
加快服務隻是將處理時間縮短，仍遵循同樣的處理標準。使用加快服務的 I-129 不會提高中簽的概率；而 I-140 不會有易於被拒的傾向。反之亦然。
