從雇主角度，H1/L1肯定比ABC好，因為

便宜好用又聽話隻是一個方麵。entry level 一個跳槽高峰期就是攢了1-2年工作經驗後，頭1-2 年基本都是培訓期，跳槽薪酬可以漲30%-40%。H1 可以跳槽，開始申請綠卡跳槽就麻煩了。現在很多大公司開始傾向辦L1， 這個就徹底沒法跳槽了。
