經過一個月征詢工業界對交易的意見後，英國監管機構在星期五宣布他們不需要開啟一項爭對微軟與法國人工智能公司密適脫拉風(mistral）進行合作的競爭調查。

 British Conduct Authority announced on Friday that they do not need to proceed a competitive investigation on the cooperation between Microsoft and Mistral，a French AI company， after a month of consulting the industry advice on the trade.
