Spoke in security council of United Nations Wednesday, criticizing this organization failed to prevent/resolve Ukraine crisis. He went on demanding to strip the veto power of a permanent member. 
Daycare teacher of UN gave him a candy to stop him from throwing a temper tantrum after the speech.
