中文:宜賓“敘府陳年糟蛋”——係取用新鮮鴨蛋,采用糟醃方式製作而成。糟蛋醃製,曆經三期規程、十數道工序,尤以敲蛋工序要求最為嚴格。
“敘府陳年糟蛋”的吃法亦屬特別:先把糟蛋置於碟中,加適量白糖,再滴白酒少許,用竹筷略微攪動,待蛋、糖、酒融為一體,即可徐徐拈食下酒,別有一番風味情致。

翻譯:Yibin "Xufu aged eggs preserved in liquor" is made from fresh duck eggs and marinated.  The marinating of eggs has gone through three phases of procedures and more than ten processes, especially the strictest requirements for the egg is to knock the egg shell.
 The eating method of “Xufu egg preserved in liquor" is also special. First put the eggs in a dish, add a proper amount of sugar, then drip a little white wine, stir slightly with bamboo chopsticks, then wait until the eggs, sugar, and wine are integrated.  You can slowly eat it and go with wine. It has a special flavor.
