Our Toastmaster Club invited the Director of Quality at our company to give a guest speech, and he delivered a passionate one titled "Quality in Everything", in which he used a powerful quote by Mr. William A. Foster:

“Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.” -- William A. Foster
