回答: Tips for College Job Seekersbmdn2013-03-29 17:17:17

I find your article is very thoughtful and helpful.I have learned a lot from reading it.Your advice is not only good for new college graduates but also helpful for someone who is looking for a job or seeking further career opportunities.I totally agree what you said.It is not easy to get a feedback from interviews,as an interviewer yourself, you probably know the reasons more than everyone else. I was once shocked by getting a feedback from one of recruiters when he said that I was not as enthusiastic about the job as another candidate;as a result, the hire manager hired him even though his major was less related to the job than mine.I learned my lesson in hard way, and from then on, I tried my best to show interviewers my enthusiasm about every job I applied. I can truly understand your dilemma towards hiring Chinese people whose English is not good even he or she has excellent technique skills;on one hand you have a strong urge to help them out with your limited power, on the other hand you may face the consequence of losing your own credibility. Maybe you could help people out by providing truthful and honest feedback when candidates ask your feedback in the follow up process, for the feedback is very important for his or her next interview. Thank you for sharing this insightful information, and I will take your advice for my next job hunting.
