Exceptional is only an adjective.

Don't take it too serious. Unconditional beauty is truly a rarity. But under certain conditions, we do see "exceptional beauty" from time to time -- of course the word 'beauty' here isn't necessarily measured solely by physically appearance. People who meet your standard of beauty usually are good looking, I believe.
