中央電視台北美頻道聘請了至少65名員工，使位於美國首都華盛頓的演播室展開運作。

美國航空航天局出台新預算。

"NASA's budget request for 2013 put an emphasis on getting its commercial space flight program off the ground,"
在2013年預算中，航空航天局把重點放在讓其商業宇航項目起步。
